The Sixty-Nine Days · claim L7
LEADNominated or unverified. Being chased.
Being chased, and this is our stated theory: departing executives sold into the August window, and the two we are looking at first are Denise Dresser, replaced as chief revenue officer on August 13, the day of the DXYZ wire, and Chris Malone, who ran data centers and left on August 25. Both are publicly reported departures inside a window in which a $7 billion tender and a $150 million common-stock purchase closed at a price that did not yet include the August facts. Nothing public contradicts the theory. No document yet confirms it: the tender's seller list is not public, and the DXYZ purchase ran through a vehicle with no filings of its own. We will retract this lead by name, on this page, if the tender materials or the DXYZ annual report show they did not sell.
