Being chased: what the five vehicles inside VCX actually hold. Together they are 43 percent of a $777 million listed fund, they are named SaxeCap Advisors VIII, AI Growth GRT, Quiet OA Access, AI Access 12 and AI-LLM, and the fund's own filings identify their underlying companies nowhere. Our source's working file reads Quiet OA Access as OpenAI exposure, which is a reading of the vehicle's name, not of any disclosure. We cannot document that from anything public, and we are not asserting it. Whoever they hold, a retail buyer paying $38.12 for a share the fund values at $21.70 is paying that premium for assets the fund declines to name. The confirm paths are the fund's audited annual report, a Form D or state filing by any of the five vehicles, or the fund answering the question.
Who read it
joe, 2026-09-11, from the portfolio filing at M19. Each of the five is reported as a restricted level-three limited-partnership interest with an internal identifier and no named issuer. An earlier fleet note treated the OpenAI link as established; it is not, and this lead exists to say so.
