What the primary actually shows

The March 31 and June 30 NPORT-P filings both report 50,895 units of Goanna Capital 26E LLC (OpenAI Series C Preferred), and the June 30 semi-annual report carries the same units at a fair value of $35,040,868. Nothing was sold. What is true is narrower: the August 28 prospectus describes the August 13 add-on as Class A Common in its narrative and calls the same vehicle Series C Preferred in its holdings table, in one document. Which tranche the $150 million bought is unresolved until the audited annual report.
