What the primary actually shows

OpenAI published a public disclosure on July 21, 2026, before every transaction on the timeline, and added the four-account detail on July 28. What the July post lacked is the question: the message board, the May observation, the June 27 advice not to stop, the July 7 restart, and what was staged all arrived on August 26. Partial is the accurate word. Concealed is not.
