What's Going On in Indiana · claim F14
DOCUMENTEDPrimary document read. Citation displayed.
On June 17, 2026, eight months after the forensic review and ten months after the default, IEDC's board and its audit and finance committee met in public session at the Indiana State Library. The two slide decks, 29 pages between them, do not mention Elevate, the 21 Fund partnership, the defaulted note, the forensic review, or Iron Nation. 'Conflict of Interest Compliance' is a standing agenda item on both. The entrepreneurship slide lists eight programs; Elevate's is not among them.

Who read it
joe, both decks pulled from the IEDC Transparency Portal 2026-09-08 (MD5 49205eb88e3020b98b4e90a6867e48df and fa03a7ebeaf8e0408c22a18fec59fc4c), text layers searched for elevate, iron nation, FTI, forensic, default, loan: zero hits in both; the three image-only financial tables were rendered and read. The only '21 Fund' is a budget appropriation column. Executive session, if any, is not public.
